Do you ever wonder why you wake up tired even though you went to bed early? While you are sleeping your brain goes through sleep cycles. At the start of each cycle, you enter light sleep, deep sleep, dream, and then, back to light sleep. If you wake up closest to the end of the cycle, you’ll feel most refreshed and you won’t have to keep hitting that snooze button.
