28 People Who Failed At Adulting… I’m Glad #9 Isn’t My Roommate.
Becoming an adult has never been easy. Adulthood involves responsibilities, bills, and independence. A lot of people like to think becoming the age 18 or 21 means you've officially become an adult but it doesn't. Age doesn't mean anything (unless you want to get into the bar). A 16-year-old teenager who juggles school and work to help pay bills could be more of an adult than a 24-year-old man who stays home all day at his parents' house. You become an adult when you take on responsibilities.
Some people are good at being adults, and others are terrible at it. Take a look at some of the major adulting fails below to get an idea of what not to do.
#1. Because the trash will one day just magically take itself out.
#2. A mug?! You're clearly new to the wine game.
#3. This person who chose drinking out of a ziplock bag over washing a cup.
#4. He took the easy way out.
#5. He may not be succeeding in adulting, but he is in being fun.
