Watch This Gymnast Pull Off A Routine That’ll Leave You SPEECHLESS.

Angel Rice appears to be a regular teenager. But the 17-year-old is an amazing athlete with the ability to defy gravity. The tumbling champ and two-time World Cheerleading Champion admits that while most people walk, she flies. Her dizzying and fast routines have made her popular on YouTube.

Her Instagram account highlights some of her super moves during competitions and exhibitions. In 2015, the USA Gymnastics National Power Tumbling team member set the Guinness World Record for doing the most double full twists in one minute; she completed 10. You might not want to blink watching these videos.

The über athlete is also known as "Queen Rice."
