Fake Animal Facts Were Posted At The LA Zoo… And They’re Hilarious!
The zoo is a great place to meet all the different animals that inhabit the earth. Zoos play a vital role ensuring the survival of endangered species as well as teaching kids and adults the importance of respecting the wildlife. Let’s be honest though, a lot of the reading material like the fact sheets in front of every enclosure is pretty boring.
Visitors want to know more about the animals and their personalities rather than who they are related to. Yes, important stuff but zoos can certainly try a little harder at making their information more interesting. That’s why Jeff Wysaski of Obvious Plant decided to help the Los Angeles Zoo with new signage.
Wysaski wrote inaccurate animal facts and placed them on the designated enclosures. A lot of parents and their children may now be totally ill-informed when it comes to animals but at least they are interested in talking and discussing the animal kingdom.

They also claim they are related to the Harry Potter owl from the film. Let them keep believing.
