She Used 30,000 Bottle Caps To Upgrade Her Home… The Last Photo Is A Killer Idea.

Olga Kostina has been keeping herself busy decorating her house. Living in the remote Russian village of Karmarchaga, Kostina used over 30,000 bottle caps to create a colourful and elaborate mosaic on the exterior of her home. She collected the lids for years until she felt she had enough to bring her vision to life.

Located in the heart of the Siberian taiga, the retired woman completed the project with a hammer and nails as her only tools. Many of the animals on her walls were inspired by those living in the forested area.

Kostina's home has become a local landmark with its fun and vibrant look.
