Nathalie Andrea Aramburo is an incredibly brave young woman -- but she doesn't think so. Instead, Aramburo simply believes in paying homage to someone who has been incredibly inspiring; even if that means you become a target to do so.
When Aramburo was instructed by her professor to dress up as one of her heroes, she didn't choose a celebrity or even an esteemed scholar. Instead, she chose Malala Yousafzai, an 18-year-old Muslim woman who was shot in the face at the age of 15 by the Taliban, simply for being a woman attending school. She survived, and went on to do amazing things -- a worthy hero for Aramburo to celebrate.
However, when she donned a hijab and head-to-toe garments to dress as Yousafzai, she couldn't plan for what happened next. Read more of her story below.
