Tattooing Is Illegal In South Korea… These Underground Parlors Couldn’t Give A Cat’s Whisker.

Tattooing is technically illegal in South Korea, but that doesn't stop artists from having dozens of small shops and parlors, especially in Seoul. It also doesn't stop Koreans from getting them: Over 1 million South Koreans are estimated to have at least one piece of ink.

Sol Tattoo is one of the parlors in Seoul, and they have been Instagraming some ridiculously cute photos of their latest work: mostly of cute cats, because who wouldn't want a cat tattoo. The tattoos are adorable, especially considering that they are modeled after their real-life counterparts.
