8-Year-Old Boy Would Disappear Every Day, Then His Dad Follows Him And Learns Heartbreaking Secret.

Too many people in this world believe that children aren't capable of doing much of anything. Most people tend to think that just because someone is little, they can't make a huge impact on the world. But honestly, nothing could be further from the truth. You may recognize the little boy in our story today from a few years ago, but wait until you see the big things he's doing in his life now!

Ken was only 8 when his father noticed that he was spending several hours every day away from the house.

Even though his father trusted him, he had no idea what he was getting himself into. One day, Ken's father decided to follow him to see where he was spending his time.

His heart melted when he found out what his son was doing.

While Ken was taking his dog for a walk, he began to notice that there were a lot of sick, stray dogs living on the streets. So Ken decided to do something about it.

When Ken's father followed him, he realized his son was doing something incredible.

He was feeding a bunch of stray dogs! Ken's father immediately took pictures of his son's good deed, and the Internet ate it right up.

People loved what Ken was doing so much that they began to send donations to him for his cause!

"Some very kind people who saw these pictures donated money to help me care for the dogs. We got enough money to get the dogs I was feeding off the street, feed them high quality canned food, and provide them with veterinary care. They gained a LOT of weight, their open wounds healed, and their fur grew back," said Ken

Ken's dreams began to expand and he realized what he wanted to do with the donations that were coming in.

Ken wanted to open up a shelter for stray animals! "My dad told me it would take a lot of money and 20 years for me to get an animal shelter. He said only grown ups can raise enough money to start an animal shelter," explained Ken. But his dad was definitely wrong!
