He’s The Picasso Of Coffee Cups… What He Does Is Insanely Clever.
It's not clear if Japanese artist Shin Shinrashinge likes drinking coffee. The illustrator uses the paper cups for his art rather than his palate. Shiranshige's latest work is an homage to the popular manga series Doraemon.
The cartoonist piles three cups on top of each other, as you turn a paper cup, a sequence from the Doraemon characters is revealed. Each cup has a cut-out, displaying a dimensional layering of anime. And just when you think the art is only on the exterior, in the video the artist unveils more of his creation on the inside and bottom of the cup.
This is not the first time the 22-year-old has blown people away with his 3D cartoons. He made a One-Punch Man comic that is just as cool.
Next, coffee cups with a secondary use.
