These Embroidered Cookies Are So Intricate It’s (Almost) A Shame To Eat Them.
It seems unfair that anyone should ever make us choose between eating something beautiful and admiring it for being too perfect, but that's exactly what these cookies will force you to do.
Chef Judit Czinkné Poór’s cookies and cakes are inspired by embroidery, and the detail on these things is absolutely stunning. She works under the name Mézesmanna, and her work is a charming and elaborate take on traditional confectionary.
This is what they mean when they say "looks too good to eat."
Poór’s cookie and cake illustrations are as elaborate as they are beautiful.
To produce these, the chef must use multiple piping tools, some of them as small as fine-tipped pens.
Despite how painstaking this must be, she makes it look pretty effortless.
The most amazing part is that all of it is done by freehand without any stencils or sketches.
Getting a dozen of these would be amazing -- but they'd be nearly impossible to eat.
