15 Reasons Why You Should STOP Drinking Cow’s Milk NOW.

When we were young, we were told to always drink our milk. After all, milk was touted as a completely healthy, necessary part of the American diet it: Without it, we wouldn't grow big and strong.

However, over the last decade or so we've learned some increasingly concerning things about milk, from how it's produced to how it actually effects our bodies.
