When A Restaurant Put This Sign In Their Window They Didn’t Expect It To Go Viral.

While many of us can enjoy the comfort of our own homes on Thanksgiving Day, others will spend it alone or at work. The latter is especially true for those working in the food industry.

Many business owners view these extra hours as an opportunity to maximize profits. However, that's not the case for all of them. For the past ten years, 69-year-old restaurant owner, George Dimopoulos of Michigan, has offered complimentary dinners for people who live alone.

Dimopoulos works 15 hours a day, seven days a week. He just likes seeing people happy, and has been praised as a warm and loving person by his customers.

Not everyone has family, but at George's Senate Coney Island Restaurant, they'll certainly feel welcome. Additionally, not all small businesses can afford to be so thoughtful - some are struggling month to month - so it is wonderful to see a successful one giving back so generously.

Here's more stories of kind people doing wonderful things.
