15 Playful DIY Halloween Costumes. Do You Think They Deserve Any Candy?
Halloween is the only time of the year where you can dress however you want and no one will judge you. On the contrary, the most original and off-the-wall costumes get the biggest compliments, especially if you made them yourself.
With only two weeks to go till Hallows’ Eve, here are 15 DIY costume ideas. They are all affordable and easy enough to put together so that you can have yours ready just in time to go trick or treating or get the neighbors talking. #14 might just be my look this year.
#1. Blow up green or purple balloons and stick them to your clothes. You can make the stems by cutting out felt fabric.
#2. Be an emoji family by cutting out large cardboard circles: spray-painting them yellow and painting your favorite emotions.
#3. The family-friendly 50 Shades of Grey costume is super easy to put together. Just stick paint chip samples to your shirt.
#4. Big hair wig, paint brush, and a cardboard cut-out paint pallet makes the perfect Bob Ross homage.
#5. Cut long pieces of red felt and hot glue it to white fabric. Sew on the 'popcorn' box to the baby carrier. Hot glue popcorn to a cotton toque and you have your very own popcorn baby.
