This Art Exhibit For Dogs Encourages Dogs To Appreciate The Finer Things In Life.
They say that at its core, art is for everyone -- and this latest London exhibition proves that when they say everyone, they really, really mean it.
That's right: It's the world's first art exhibitions exclusively for dogs. Created by artist Dominic Wilcox, the exhibit is meant to do the same thing that human art does -- inspire and stimulate them physically, mentally, and emotionally.
"I think that play is really important to a dog's mental and physical health," Wilcox said in a video about the exhibit. "And I really hope that the artwork gets a lot of dog tails wagging."
If you can't imagine what a dog exhibit might look like, check out the photos below. Let's just say this goes well beyond your average painting or sculpture -- this actually looks like a lot of fun.
Here, the dogs calmly look at painting that were created specifically for them.
The project is part of More Than's Play More campaign, which encourages pet owners to play with their pets more in order to keep them happy and healthy.
Naturally, there had to be an installation piece that simulates looking out of a car window.
And what would interactive art be without a ball pit? This was designed to look like dog food in a dog bowl.
