Everyone’s Arguing Over The Answer To This Simple Equation.
Although, some people argue whether or not you should even start the equation with the top line.
If you start left to right, you add 1 to 11 which equals 12. 12 + 1 = 13. If you multiply 13 by 0 you would get 0 plus the 1 on the bottom. Is that right? NO!
Have we made you frustrated, mad?
We will give you a couple more seconds before you scroll down to get the correct answer.
The correct answer is 30!
You might remember from school the acronym PEMDAS; Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subtraction. This is the best way to remember where a long equation begins. Therefore, for this math problem you begin by multiplying 1 by 0. By taking away 1 and 0 from the equation the rest of the numbers add up to 30.
