Teen Bullied For Thick Eyebrows Lands Lucrative Modeling Contract.
Seventeen-year-old Natalie Castellar was bullied for having thick eyebrows, and now she is signed to NEXT Models, one of the top modeling agencies in the world. She tells W Magazine, "They’re my trademark, and I wish I would have embraced them sooner."
Stars like Cara Delevingne and Lily Collins have been making headlines with their bold brows, which shows that Hollywood trends can have some positive effects on our youth today. But kids shouldn't have to wait until their freckles, gapped teeth, or skin color gets mainstream approval so they can stop being bullied.

Meet Natalie Castellar, one of the freshest faces in the modeling world. She was born in Puerto Rico and currently lives in Virginia.
She's only 17 years old but she just landed a contract with NEXT Models. But when she was younger, she was bullied for her thick eyebrows.
In response to the bullying, she considered shaving off her brows.
"When I was younger they were all anyone would point out," she told W. Just when she was about to shave them off, her mother stopped her.
NEXT discovered her on social media.
Castellar gained a large following on Instagram with the help of her sister, a photographer. She now has over 50k followers. She also has a popular Tumblr account.
In one Instagram post, she called herself "Modern day Frida."
The single post received over 25k likes and hundreds of comments. One Instagrammer replied, "Yes girl! Love this! You are so stunning 👄." She has also been called a "pure beauty" and is often compared to Priyanka Chopra.
The young model has worked with Mansur Gavriel, NARS, and Rachel Antonoff. And that's just the beginning.
"Everyone that I’ve worked with has been so sweet. Every experience is special in their own way, and I always have the best time," she told W. "I get to meet a lot of hard-working, amazing individuals. I feel very blessed."
