Female Baseball Fan Dumps Her Sexist ‘Boyfriend’ With A Brutal Text Message.

For as much progress we've made in terms of gender equality, there's no denying that sexism is alive and well -- and sometimes, it manifests itself in some pretty unexpected ways. Luckily, there are plenty of clever women in the world, combatting that sexism every day in more ways than one. Megan Brown is one of those women.

A die-hard baseball fan, Brown spends her free time studying stats, going to games, and getting amped when her favorite teams make the playoffs. Unfortunately, some men might assume that her love for baseball isn't authentic, or maybe think she's "just saying that" to impress dudes.

One particular guy, who contacted her on a dating app, implied exactly that. He asked Brown to prove that she was a true baseball fan, which seems to indicate that he thinks she's lying, just because she's a girl. Well, let's just say that Brown put him in his place -- and made us all LOL in the process.

This is Megan Brown (the one on the right).

She really, really loves baseball, and she's not afraid to let anyone know it.

Naturally, Megan saw right through his nonsense.

But that didn't mean she couldn't have some fun -- so that's exactly what she did.

See, men are constantly attempting to make women prove themselves.

Especially when it comes to sports, which are widely thought to be an exclusively masculine pastime.
