1/2 yellow, chopped onion
5 chopped garlic cloves
2 chopped red chilli peppers
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
1 squeezed lemon juice
raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
Use a 350ml to 500ml mason jar to store the mix.
You may want to use gloves in case you have sensitive skin. It's important not to touch the eyes as the oil and chilli peppers will sting, a lot!
