Makeup Artist Transforms Her Lips Into Deceptive Works Of Art.

Last week, we introduced you to an artist that used the human eyelid as her canvas, but this week, it's all about the lips.

Canadian makeup artist Andrea Reed transforms lips into incredible works of art, inspired by work that you're probably already familiar with. She works under the name Girl Grey Beauty, and her amazing work has earned her a massive following on social media.

From saturated honeycombs to tartan to paintings by legendary artists, Reed's work is so precise and detailed that it's hard to believe it's all done with paint and makeup. See some of Girl Grey Beauty's amazing lip canvasses below.

Some of Reed's work is inspired by nature, like this amazing honeycomb.

Others take a more geometric, artful approach.

Some of her work is even inspired by real artists, like this wave by the iconic Hosukai.

Sometimes she even plays with textures.

For Reed, creating a 3D image on the lips almost looks easy.

For the most part, her work is fun, original, and a fresh take on what social media makeup artists produce for their followers.

If only our own lipstick game could be so good.
