25 Gym Fails That Will Make You Say ‘WTF’.

It's one thing to have a gym membership — anyone can have a membership. All you have to do is pay the monthly or annual fee. Actually, using the membership and physically coming to the gym to work out is a whole another story.

Working out at a gym can be pretty intimidating, especially if you're a new member. You enter a place filled with workout equipment you've never seen before let alone know how to use.

The best way to resolve this issue is to find a workout buddy or personal trainer that can help you. And if all else fails, you can even stand back and observe how others use particular machines and equipment.

The people below, however, seem to be lost causes. Not sure who taught them how to workout at the gym but whoever did set them up for disaster.
