Ellen DeGeneres Mashed Up Adele In The Best ‘Hello’ Spoof Yet.

Ellen DeGeneres is a busy entertainer. Aside from hosting her daily show and voicing her beloved Disney character Dory, she is also helping artists. In a recent show, DeGeneres disclosed that British singer Adele’s latest song, “Hello” was based on a phone conversation the two had.

The song marks Adele’s return to music after a three-year hiatus. Her lead ballad reflects on loss and regret. With perfect comedic timing, however, DeGeneres brings a lighter note to the romantic lyrics.

Just when you think this clip cannot get anymore funny, we learn Canadian singer Drake’s hit “Hotline Bling” may also need to credit the comedian. After watching this video, we will start hoping more musicians write songs that have to do with talking on the phone.

I am particularly happy that a certain classic made its appearance at 2:22.

Next, watch Sir David Attenborough narrate Adele's "Hello" music video like a nature documentary.
