Hong Kong’s Incredible Density Is Revealed In These Stunning Drone Photos.
Hong Kong is a diverse and incredibly packed city -- in fact, it's one of the most densely populated places in the world. As a response for the high demand to live there, real estate has exploded over the last several decades. The streets are no longer streets, but rather small patches of land upon which thousands of massive skyscrapers squeeze themselves in.
Nothing captures the feeling of Hong Kong's densely populated and built-up landscape more than these photos, taken by photographer Andy Yeung using a drone camera. The project is called "Urban Jungle," And you can see some of the incredible images below.
This is a photo of the Sheung Wan area of the City.
The apartments inside these massive buildings aren't exactly spacious, either: In fact, it's estimated that over 100,000 people in the area live in 40-square feet cubicle apartments.
