Gallery Furniture refuses to just sit by while the people in their community are in danger of losing their lives.

Not only are they offering their business up for shelter, they're going out in their trucks to rescue people who are stranded. They're doing so much, but they felt like they could do more.

Now, they've opened their other location to double the amount of people they can help.

They have stated that they have shelter, food, beds, and clean restrooms for anyone in need. They can even bring their pets, as long as they're kenneled and kept by owners.

Anheuser-Busch stopped canning beer, and started canning drinking water. They're sending more than 500,000 cans of emergency drinking water to the Red Cross for families who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Righteous humans have joined forces with the local police department when they heard the call for help.

They knew they couldn't do it alone and asked volunteers to help those in need. Brothers George and Alex Jackson answered their plea for assistance, and immediately took out their boat to rescue people.

Humans have unfortunately left their precious furry friends, but don't worry, help has arrived for them, too!

A group called Austin Pets Alive! is helping by sheltering animals that have been left behind by their owners. They sent out thanks to those who have donated items and fostered animals.
