This Guy Flew A Jetpack Around The Statue Of Liberty, The Footage Is Pure James Bond.
We all know what a jetpack is, but for the most part, our knowledge of them comes straight out of sci-fi and futuristic films. But now, there's actually only one true jetpack in existence, and it just made it's way around the skies of Manhattan.
It was created by JetPack Aviation, a company that's calling itself the maker of the world's first and only true jetpack: A jet turbine-powered pack that's strong enough to lift a person into the air. Other pseudo jetpacks of the past have been powered by rockets or steam-- this one is actually fitted with real jets. It moves up to 100mph, and can climb up to 10,000 feet.
