We know it's hard to take your eyes off of Beyoncé but take a look at her dance captain Ashley Everett to the right as they perform 'Single Ladies.'
The 27-year-old is not only the lead dancer for Beyoncé, she has also danced for Ciara, Ne-Yo, and Usher.
Ashley just so happens to be dating John Silver, a fellow dancer, celebrity choreographer, and creative director.
The two first met while working on music videos 'Beautiful Monster' and 'Champagne Life,' but according to an interview with Jet Mag, it wasn't until 'One in a Million' that they really hit it off.
Things escalated when John asked Ne-Yo to 'fly that girl with the curly hair out' for a party the singer was throwing for him. Though it isn't shown here, Ashley is known for her big curly hair, now a fiery red.
