You might assume that a fitness guru only knows what it’s like to have a perfectly sculpted physique and a toned waistline. However, Molly Galbraith doesn't fit that stereotypical mold. A strength and conditioning coach, Galbraith takes an honest, realistic approach to physical fitness and self-love -- and she's unafraid to share her journey with others.

In October 2015, Galbraith posted a collage of her midsection photos, from 2004 all the way to present day. The photos depict everything from a chiseled four pack to the effects of eating fast food 4 times a day.
