The Morning Routines Of Your Favorite Celebrities.
Richard Branson starts every morning off right where he belongs…at home with his family! Even though he’s a billionaire, who could wake up just about anywhere on the planet, Richard chooses to spend his mornings with his family! There’s nothing like chatting around the breakfast table with the people who you love the most.
Jessica Alba says the two things she needs in the morning are a really loud alarm and a strong cup of coffee. The Honest Company founder said in an interview with Well+Good, "If I'm working out in the morning, I'll wake up at 5:30 a.m. using the alarm clock on my phone—if my kids haven't already woken me up! Working out is not my favorite, but it's stress relief and I get good ideas working up a sweat. I like to make a morning class before I get to work: Spinning or hot yoga sculpt, always with friends to keep me motivated."
Gayle's alarm goes off at 3:20 a.m., but she allows herself two snoozes. After getting out of bed, she gets into a nice warm bubble bath. The TV personality and journalist doesn't have any coffee or food, instead chooses plain water. Gayle isn't hungry at 4 in the morning, but after she gets to work at CBS and gets her hair and makeup done, she'll have some fresh fruit. After taping with CBS, she heads over to O Magazine where she works another full day as editor. She says, “The schedule is dreadful, but I really love the job.”
Jennifer Aniston isn’t the type of person that likes to sleep in past the sun. In fact, she wakes up at 4:30 am every single day. She uses the extra time in the morning by cuddling her dogs, then she takes care of herself by washing her face, meditating, and sipping on hot lemon water. It’s obvious that she knows how important that morning “me time” is for everyone to take. She told Huffington Post, “When that starts to fall by the wayside, I feel it in my energy. There’s a bit of anxiety, worry, and unnecessary feelings. I’m a work in progress. I still struggle with it. [But] when you start the day the way you should, which is for ourselves, that’s a great way to start your day.”
Not everyone needs to start their day with a cup of coffee, and former President Barack Obama is definitely one of those people. Instead of grabbing a cup o’ joe in the morning, Obama grabs something a bit healthier. Typically, he’ll go for some green tea or water or orange juice. He does weight training and sometimes cardio 6 days a week.
