There’s A Gym That Offers Napping Classes For Tired Adults.
In a study was done at the Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, students who took 45 minute naps in the middle of the day ended up handling their stress better than those who didn't nap.
Another study from UC Berkeley showed that an afternoon nap could actually increase the learning capacity of the brain.
So far, the class has proven to be a success during its trial run at David Lloyd Clubs in Sidcup, UK. They're thinking of including the class in a membership cost at other clubs in the UK.
