City Hall Refused To Let Him Build A Garage, His Solution… Hilarious.
Before building a garage door for his shop, one Belgian shop owner was required to get permits from the city. Unfortunately, his request was denied.
Thankfully, he's not the type to listen to orders.
Instead of settling on being without a garage door, this badass old dude decided to take matters into his own hands. What he did is really clever -- and it also inspires us to solve our own problems in the most creative (and slightly tongue-in-cheek) way possible.
As you can see, he needed a way to get his car out.
Unfortunately, the city told him he couldn't build a garage.
So, he got a little bit creative.
Do you see where this is going?
Yup, that's right: He didn't build a garage door, he just transformed the window into one.
A simple solution that doesn't technically break any rules.
Nope, nothing to see here, just a large glass mobile window that just so happens to fit an entire car.
This is the definition of critical thinking and problem solving, isn't it?
Before buiA retired shop owner living in Belgium recently asked his local governing body for a permit to build a garage door. The permit was denied. So this savvy retiree did what any person would do in this case…build one anyway. This old man is a Grade A certified badass.
