He Captures The World’s Greatest Images From 3,000ft… And They’re Awe-inspiring.
From 3,000 feet in the air, everything looks tiny: Even a pack of massive animals.
London photographer Peter Adams is responsible for taking these incredible images, which are aerial shots of various herds of animals in their natural habitats. Adams has captured everything from hippos to elephants to giraffes, and his photos are a unique look on the big game wildlife in Okavango Delta, Botswana.
Check out the photos below and see Adams' view from a Robinason R44 helicopter that's hovering thousands of feet in the air.
This is Peter Adams. He takes photos of the animals below by removing the door of a helicopter and leaning out for a maximally good vantage point.
The British born photographer effectively captures the beautiful landscape of Botswana.
Here, a herd of buffalo are actually swirling in unison.
The buffalo seem to be mimicking the same motion as the helicopter blades above.
Adams snapped his camera overhead while these elephants stopped for a cool drink.
