A Frustrated American Asked The Queen To Take Back USA. Her Response Was Blunt.
Emotions are running high for Americans watching the 2016 presidential candidates less than mature behavior during campaigning. One man was so frustrated after he watched the Republican Party Primary debate that he decided to write to none other than the Queen of England, Elizabeth II and Prime Minister, David Cameron.
His request was for the United Kingdom to “take back” the United States. “Clearly, the options we have to lead us aren’t up to par. Again, please, I beg of you, make the United States of America a colony of the United Kingdom.”
He mailed the letter to Buckingham Palace on September 16th. Surprisingly, he received a response.
This American felt the only solution for his country was to ask the Queen of England to take the United States back as a colony.
The world's longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II probably had a chuckle or two at the request.
The United Kingdom has no intention of interfering with a sovereign country.
