Cat Abandoned For Being ‘Too Ugly’ Finally Finds His Soulmate.

Every abandoned pet deserves the opportunity to be loved and cared for. When a person is looking into adding a new pet to their family and/or household, the first step should always be to visit an animal shelter. The second step, however, is to keep an open mind and heart.

Romeo, for example, is a ginger kitten who has been overlooked countless times. Nobody ever gave him a chance because he appeared "too ugly." Until now, that is.

The kind members of Santuario Compasión Animal in Spain were the first ones to finally give this kitten a chance to be loved. And guess what? He's just as playful, affectionate, and adorable as any other cat.

Meet Romeo. He was born with a deformity that makes him look different from other cats.

Although he may look different, that doesn't make him any less of a cat who deserves people who love and care for him.

“They told us that no one wanted him because he was ugly. But for us Romeo is not ugly, he’s a lovely little kitten who likes to play like the rest of the cats. And their differences make them special,” a Santuario Compasión Animal spokesperson told The Dodo.

We're happy to know that someone has finally seen the beauty in Romeo and only hope he lives a life of happiness for now on.
