24 Unfortunate Souls Who Have A Worse Roommate Than You.
Moving out of your parents' house is a big deal. It's the first step to real independence. You no longer have someone to rely on for food or money.
Of course housing can be quite expensive when first moving out, so the common answer is roommates! It sounds like a great idea first as it means cheaper bills so why not. However, what most people fail to realize before making this decision is that not all people are fit to live with each other. This goes for both people you're well acquainted with and strangers.
Someone you've been friends with all your life might end up being your roommate from hell while a stranger becomes your ideal one. You don't really know a person until you're living with them.
With that said, there is one thing you should know: when it's time to stop living with them.
Here's a few signs it's times for a new roommate.
#1. They have no respect for your bedroom.
You better buy Eric new bed sheets!
#2. They decide to surprise you when you come home from vacation.
Either you clean up or just move out please.
#3. They don't know how to properly replace a roll of toilet paper.
It's like they didn't even try... or maybe they tried too hard.
#4. They do some home decorating of their own.
Nonetheless, I do approve of this painting edit.
#5. They're very unsanitary.
Sometimes you just need to move out if they don't.
