She Hates Having Her Picture Taken… Which Is Why These Photos Are So Cute.

Mikaël Theimer grew up in Paris, France, and moved to Montreal for university. He then worked for an ad agency and as a brand strategist before going on to pursue photography, according to his official site. As a fan of Humans of New York, he decided to create a Montreal version of the page with his friends, for which they received positive feedback.

Considering his work, it's only natural that Theimer wants to snap photos all the time. It just so happens that his partner, Marion Munoz, doesn't like having her picture taken. The couple, who has been together for over 6 years, have turned their situation into a playful game: Mikaël takes photos and Marion cleverly hides her face.

According to Metro, Theimer has taken photos of his girlfriend showing her face, but considers these more fun. You might wonder what the point is -- to each their own -- but the result is an adorable collection of photos that reflect their unique personalities and ability to compromise, an important characteristic for any successful relationship.

This is Marion.
