When You Look At These Cynical Drawings You’ll Laugh Because They're True.
Comedian Lily Tomlin once said, “No matter how cynical you get, it is impossible to keep up.” Not so much for designer, illustrator, writer and professor Eduardo Salles who has made a career out of being a true cynic.
Born in Mexico, the Executive Creative Director for Flock an innovations and technology ad agency, has skeptical views of the modern world for which he draws humorous illustrations. He questions the definition of freedom of speech to the expectations of reaching adulthood. The successful cartoonist does not hold back examining life in the 21st century.
Salle has enjoyed a thriving career working creatively for Nike, Kit Kat and Red Cross Mexico. Furthermore, his talent has been recognized in various awards such as Cannes Lions, Walter Reuters prize and Juan Rulfo Short Story in the fields of advertising, journalism and literature respectively.
