One of the most beautiful things about this world is the amount of diversity there is. Every single human is special in their very own way. Whether that person is eight feet tall, or an adult that's as small as a toddler, we all have an incredible uniqueness about us. Standing at 8ft 1in tall, Sultan is the tallest man in the entire world. This is so amazing because only ten people in history have reached the height of 8 feet or more.

Sultan is extremely tall due to a condition called pituitary gigantism.

He's very excited to be a world record breaker. "I never imagined I would be in the book, I dreamed about it, but it was still a huge surprise," he said.

Sultan also holds the record for having the biggest hands in the world.

24-year-old Jyoti Amge is from India and is the smallest woman in the world. At only a little more than 2 feet tall, Jyoti is the same size as a toddler!

Jyoti Amge is literally the polar opposite of Sultan.

Jyoti has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia and will never grow any taller than she is right now. She's so tiny that all of her clothes, and even her plates and utensils, have to be custom made!

Jyoti won the title of shortest woman in the world in 2011, when she was only 18-years old, and weighed 11 pounds!
