Clean Eating Pineapple Dole Whip

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple, diced or 1 can (20 oz) diced pineapple, drained
  • ¼ cup (2 oz) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup sweetener of choice

  1. After dicing fresh pineapple or draining canned pineapple, place into a ziplock bag and store in freezer for at least 2 hours. You can do this overnight.
  2. Thaw by leaving out for 15 minutes. You may also microwave the fruit for about 30 seconds. This will allow the pineapple to blend easily.
  3. Add pineapple along with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or quality blender, then blend until it arrives at a smooth and creamy consistency. Frozen pineapples aren't the easiest to blend, so you might need to stop the device from time to time to add more milk.
  4. Enjoy immediately or freeze for up to 20-30 minutes before sharing :)
