When it comes to taking that perfect photo, you can have the most beautiful subjects or setting in the world, but what it all really boils down to is timing. A well-timed press of the shutter button can mean the difference between a photo that's just okay, and a photo that's absolutely epic.
That being said, all of these pictures were taken at the exact right time -- the only thing is, it didn't exactly result in a beautiful portrait. Instead, what we see is the moment just before the subject realized that everything has gone wrong.
