Many of us like to start the day with a bit of yoga. There are infinite reasons to develop a yoga practice in the morning, including a clearer mind, more energy, and focus throughout the day. And you don't have to be a master yogi to practice, either: A few basic poses and breathing exercises are all you need.
That being said, even you experienced yogis have probably never seen anything like this before.
In the video below, a young man shows you his kind of yoga (called uddiyana bandha, agnisaar kriyaa, and nauli kriyaa), and it's unlike anything you've ever done in a flow class. In a series of intense breaths and core engagements, his practice cleanses, detoxifies, and improves the function of his digestive system.
