What They Did With This Old Fence Is The Best DIY Project I’ve EVER Seen… It Looks So Cozy.
What if you could find a large-scale DIY project that would drastically upgrade your house's style game, and do it on a budget so you have enough left over for a large, frosty beer when you're finished.
That's exactly what these guys did, and their results are simply spectacular. You're going to be shocked when you see what they accomplished with a pile of repurposed wood.
A wooden fence may seem like an odd material to use a DIY, but keep in mind: It's solid, sturdy wood, and it can be stained to match the aesthetic of any room.
These handymen might not look like they've got skills, but when you see their final result, you're going to be amazed at how great their work looks.
To start, two fences were used. The sizes of the boards from each fence were different, but the pair configured them together to make it work.
The boards were first divided according to the color and size, then each board was cut between the row of nails where the boards were in the best condition.
Once every piece was cut, they sanded them smoothe.
After that, they sealed them with a pump sprayer, leaving them to dry for about 48 hours.
As the wood dried, they marked studs on the wall for where the wooden boards would be placed.
