The 13 Most Annoying People In Yoga Class… #9 Is The Absolute Worst.
One of the first things you learn when practicing yoga is to let go of every noise happening in your head. It’s vital to be completely open as this ancient discipline requires mental, physical, and spiritual focus.
Still, it’s hard to just let go. We have been programmed to always be on. Whether it’s commuting with the hustle and bustle of traffic, staying connected to the world through our mobiles and laptops, and making sure all of our work, as well as social life is always full.
Being able to breath in deeply and truly open your body and mind requires time. Once you achieve this zen, yogis promise you will achieve a level of body and mind enlightenment. Nonetheless, there are distractions that can make the most discipline person lose their concentration. Some are easier to avoid than others. Nonetheless, there are certain diversions that cannot be avoided, regardless of how hard you try.
#1. Stretching all the way down to the floor and spotting a toenail.
It can be quite tempting to simply stop and pull of the piece of toenail or even hanging skin.
#2. The person who has little to no body awareness.
This is not necessarily a bad thing. The individual has contorted the body into an unnatural pose that you can't help but stop and stare at such great accomplishment.
#3. Not leaving mobile devices in the change room during the one hour of class.
It's bad enough bringing a mobile into class and charging it, but to actually answer a call is just plain rude.

#4. When the class turns from yoga to martial arts with a swift kick.
This may not have been done on purpose, but getting kicked in the head by a fellow yogi during a down-dog split is never fun.
#5. When you accidentally touch someone and their hair gets stuck on you.
It's hot and sweaty in there and hair just seems to find its way on you.
