How often do you look at your phone? Most people are constantly browsing their device, whether sitting at their desks, lying in bed, or even sitting in traffic. Our necks and hands are constantly engaged in stress positions, trying to catch a glimpse of the latest updates.
But what would people look like if you removed the phone from people's hands? Photographer Eric Pickersgill wanted to find out, so he took a series of photos from everyday life and removed the electronic devices from each. The result is a poignant perspective at what we look like while we're looking at our phones - and it might inspire you to put down your phone for a bit.
This video will make you think before you check your phone again.
